All that glitters… (Part-1)

Waking up to the smell of fresh-cut grass, I stretch, looking forward to what I can only imagine being a lazy weekend.
The bachelorette party last night was a riot, as it should be.

Today, the plan is to relax, hydrate, and rejuvenate.

I finally get myself off the bed, only to have my feet touch a soft carpet.

Huh? When did I ever get a carpet?
Wait! Where am I?

I look around, dazed.

This is not my place? How did I get here?

As I carefully take my next few steps, I realize I am in what I can only describe as a castle or a mansion.

Did I meet someone last night?
Who did I leave the party with?

I mean, how bad can it get.
The palace looks great, almost too perfect.
There is nothing to worry about here.

I continue to walk along, and I shout out.
”Hello, anyone there?”
”Hello”
”Yu-hu.”

That’s when I see them, and just then, all heads turn towards me.
